| David Genevay has been in the marine insurance industry since 1968. His career began at Lykes Lines in New Orleans, Louisiana, as a clerk in the claims department. Through successive promotions, he was eventually appointed Cargo Claims Manager. He was responsible for all cargo claims matters.
In 1986, David joined Stolt-Nielsen in Panama City, Florida, as the Senior Claims Adjuster. After a relocation of the office to Houston, Texas in 1992, he was appointed Claims Manager. He was responsible for all cargo, personal injury, FD&D, pollution, collision, FFO and H&M claims. In 1999, David joined Lamorte Burns & Co., Inc. in New Orleans, Louisiana and currently manages the Louisiana office. In addition to management and administrative duties, he actively handles P&I claims. David has a BCS degree in management from Loyola University of the South in New Orleans, and an MBA from Our Lady of the Lake University in Houston. He is a non-lawyer member of the MLA, SEALI, and a founding member of the Certified Claims Professional Accreditation Council. |

| Richard Murray has been involved in the marine insurance industry since 1971. He began his career with Employers Casualty Company as a claims representative in the Marine Department. He became District Claims Supervisor in 1977 and Claims Manager in 1992, where he was directly responsible for establishing claims handling procedures.
In 1993, Richard joined Lamorte Burns & Co., Inc. and is currently Assistant Manager of the Louisiana office. His job functions include handling workers' compensation, Jones Act and Longshore claims. His experience also includes blue water investigation, offshore platform and drilling rig investigations with respect to both employee and third party tort claims. Richard has additional multi-line experience in investigating, handling, supervising and reserving in general liability and auto claims. |

| Thomas Brooks, Jr. has been in the marine insurance industry since 1962, when he began his career with the Hartford as a rate clerk. He was subsequently an underwriter and claims adjuster. He joined ODECO in 1968. He was successively Claims Supervisor, Insurance Supervisor and Insurance Manager. In addition to managing the claims department and placing property and casualty insurance coverage, he was responsible for establishing and administering all aspects of a worldwide self-insurance program. In 1979, he joined Marsh and McLennan as a major account broker and then, with a partner in 1980, began, organized and operated Caribbean American Insurance Agency. With the 1987 sale of the agency, he returned to marine claims adjusting with F. A. Richard Associates. In 1987, Tom joined Lamorte Burns & Co., Inc. He principally handles marine personal injury and USL&H claims. He has earned a B.S. degree in Management from the University of New Orleans and holds Louisiana Property/Casualty and Life-Health Insurance Agent/Broker licenses. |
